سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «ذاكرلي»

«ذاكرلي» تطبيق مساعد للمذاكرة. نحترم خصوصيتك ونجمع أقلّ قدر ممكن من البيانات. هذه الصفحة تشرح ما الذي يبقى على جهازك، وما الذي يُرسل لمعالجته، ولماذا.
١) ما الذي يبقى على جهازك
- لا يتطلّب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
- ملفاتك (PDF والصور)، وملاحظاتك، وتقدّمك في المذاكرة، ومحادثاتك السابقة تُخزَّن محليًّا على جهازك فقط.
- لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نضمّن أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات لطرف ثالث.
٢) ما الذي يُرسل لمعالجته (الذكاء الاصطناعي السحابي)
لتوليد الشروحات والاختبارات وتحويل الصوت إلى نص، يُرسل التطبيق بعض المحتوى إلى مزوّدي خدمات معالجة خارجيين عبر خادم وسيط آمن يملكه مطوّر التطبيق:
- أسئلتك والنصوص المستخرَجة من موادك تُرسل إلى OpenRouter (بوابة نماذج لغوية) لتوليد الإجابات والدروس.
- المقاطع الصوتية (عند استخدام الإملاء الصوتي أو تسجيل محاضرة) تُرسل إلى Speechmatics لتحويلها إلى نص.
- صور أوراقك (عند طلب «صحّح خطواتي» أو تصوير ورقة) تُرسل لمراجعتها وقراءتها.
هذه البيانات تُعالَج لإنجاز طلبك فقط، ولا تُستخدم لتعريف هويتك. ملفاتك الأصلية تبقى على جهازك.
٣) مزوّدو المعالجة
- OpenRouter — معالجة النصوص (openrouter.ai).
- Speechmatics — تحويل الصوت إلى نص (speechmatics.com).
يخضع كل مزوّد لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به. لا نرسل إليهم أكثر مما يلزم لتنفيذ الميزة المطلوبة.
٤) الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لعموم الطلاب وليس موجّهًا للأطفال دون سنّ الثالثة عشرة تحديدًا، ولا يطلب بيانات شخصية تعريفية.
٥) حقوقك
بما أنّ بياناتك تبقى على جهازك، يمكنك حذفها بحذف المادة أو الجلسة من داخل التطبيق، أو بإزالة التطبيق. للاستفسار أو طلب المساعدة راسلنا.

Dhakrle is a study-assistant app. We collect as little as possible.
1) Stays on your device
- No account or sign-in is required.
- Your files (PDFs, images), notes, study progress, and past chats are stored locally on your device only.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or embed third-party tracking/analytics.
2) Sent for processing (cloud AI)
To generate explanations and quizzes and to transcribe speech, the app sends some content to third-party processors through a secure proxy operated by the developer:
- Your questions and text extracted from your materials → OpenRouter (LLM gateway) to generate answers and lessons.
- Audio clips (voice dictation or lecture recording) → Speechmatics for speech-to-text.
- Photos of your work (the “check my working” / photo features) for reading and review.
This data is processed only to fulfill your request and is not used to identify you. Your original files stay on your device.
3) Processors
- OpenRouter — text processing (openrouter.ai)
- Speechmatics — speech-to-text (speechmatics.com)
4) Children
The app is for students generally; it is not specifically directed at children under 13 and requests no personally identifying data.
5) Your choices
Because your data stays on your device, you can delete it by removing the material/session in-app or deleting the app.
